Shadow An Artist: In Person Education with Karlee DeVito at Aria Collective

Whatever you're creating, we're here to help you take each step with confidence.

“The Artist is nothing without the gift, and the gift is nothing without the work.”

-Oscar Wilde

Continuing education is the most important in this industry. Not just for learning a new skill but continuing to be inspired. And continuing to strive to create.

Throughout this day you’ll get one-on-one experience with me from the moment I open the salon to the second I close the doors. You will see how I do my detailed in person consultations with either a new or current client, on top of going through their online new client form.

You’ll be offered a blank head sheet for you to fill out and take any notes you need while you see how I customize my blonding to every client and still create my signature “lived-in” softness without losing my personalized artistic touch. As well as a look into how I formulate my glosses and some of favorite go-to formulas!

Social media is running this industry. Let’s get ahead of it! We’ll go over how to position your client snd even my camera settings. How I create templates and where I create & edit my reels, posts and all content.

You will also receive downloadable booklets on O&M color and Mr. Smith.

I’ll be able to share the business end of things including pricing and packaging structure once our day concludes and answer any questions you may have on our day, running a salon or anything that comes to mind!

My goal is to provide an outlet for all artists to collaborate and grow either within the walls of Aria Collective or outside. I look forward to connecting and creating more friendships in the industry!

Get ready for some good vibes, laughs, hella good music & all around silliness. Can’t wait!
