Policies
Please contact the artist you booked with to cancel/ reschedule. Contact the salon for any other questions or concerns or if your having a hard time reaching your artist. All best forms of contact will be under your individual artist on the Artist page.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within:
24-48 Hours- You will be charged 50% of your service
24 Hours- You will be charged 75% of your service
Same Day- You will be charged 100% of your service
**To not be charged a fee you must cancel prior to the 48 hour mark!**
No Call No Show
If you do not show up to your appointment with no call or text you will be charged the full amount of the service and will no longer be able to book with any of the artists.
Rescheduling Policy
24-48 Hours - 50% of the service with 50% of the fee being put towards your next appointment.
24 Hours - 75% of the service with 25% of the fee being put towards your next appointment.
For the fee to be put towards your next service your next appointment MUST be rescheduled within 10 days of the original appointment. (Booked appointment can be as far out as you please.) Failure to get back to your artist to get your appointment rescheduled will result in no portion of the fee to be put towards your next appointment.
